Youth and Literary Activities Sub-committee – August monthly Event‏

The ‘Youth and Literary Sub-committee’ is inviting all our LMBCS families and friends to join and participate in our nascent project.

Our venue has a limited capacity of about 20 people only. So the ‘first come first serve’ process is the only option. Please RSVP at the website or by email to [email protected]. Mention how many of you are coming in a family. Our apologies if we cannot accommodate all who wished to come.

A simple finger snack and drink will be there. Attention will be given to generate least waste. Because food is involved, so please RSVP. Extra information about any allergy or food restrictions will be greatly appreciated.

1. Invocation – Aparajita leading, followed by Meditation & Yoga – Arunabh (30 min)	2:00 – 2:30PM
2. Sustainability in action – Implementing sustainable practices at home,at school and at work. Presented by Raaj Chatterjee	2:30 – 2:55PM
3. Q &A (10 min)	2:55 – 3:05PM
4. Singing – Everybody. Led by Aparajita (25 min)	3:05 – 3:30PM
5. Member participation, young and old, to decide next month’s programme (indoor/outdoor) and event closing (10 min)	3:30 – 3:40PM
6. Snacking/chatting/mixing/laughing/singing/dancing – Happy time (30 min)	3:40 – 4:10PM
7. Cleaning (10 min)	4:10 – 4:20PM
