The word Ankur means seedling in the Sanskrit language and just like seedlings, children need to be nurtured and looked after for their own wellbeing. We at the Ankur Education Foundation feel that one of the best ways to nurture children is to provide them with a good education. Currently our focus is directed towards poor children in India who do not have the most basic levels of education.
